Updating my “Mom” wardrobe with these Smart Spending tips

I am part of a fairly big Mom-bloggers group, and I was lamenting to them about how I really need a fashion update. I feel like I’ve just sunk down into frumpy-mom-ness and can’t get out. I’m sure many of you can relate! Anyway, one mom pointed out this deal to me, as a means of still being budget conscious and updating my wardrobe. Local moms, you need to check out her blog.

Here’s a recap:

"Because you're not a woman, you're a mom." Is this you?

The sale is at NY & Company. Everything is buy two, get one FREE, plus free shipping on your purchase of $75
or more. Then, there is also a coupon code, 1699, that takes $75 off of $150. You could get a good amount of new clothes with this
deal. http://www.nyandcompany.com/nyco/?CID=100001

In other words, fill your online cart up with buy2get1 items until you hit $150, use code, pay $75.  And yes, I checked, they are on Ebates-3.5% back! Can’t wait to try this tomorrow!

And, if you’re wondering, “Yeah, but I don’t know what to get to update my look,” check out this fashion post from All Things Chic, another mom blogger friend. It’s the “7 Deadly Sins of Fashion.” I think I need redemption!

Comments

  1. That IS a really sweet deal! I might have to check that out.

  2. I LOVE New York & Company! Since becoming a Mom, and having my clothing budget slashed, I shop there all the time. The clothes are nice and make me feel a lot less like a mom and more like a human being. New York & Company is always having great sales, I don’t think I ever shop there when they’re. Good luck, I hope you find something to pull you out of the frumpy-mom-ness.

  3. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    Keep us posted!!!
