I recently had the opportunity to ‘try’ a Fresh Produce dress and give a review. (Yes, I’m getting caught up on review posts today, so please bear with me!) I have ‘try’ in air quotes, because I was actually already a fan of the Fresh Produce line of clothing. I already own several very cute swim coverups, some tops and some bottoms. I really like their stuff and it’s very “me.” I do tend to think of Fresh Produce stuff only for summer, I don’t think I wear it in the winter. It has a very cool, beachy feel to it. In fact, I’ve only ever been to one Fresh Produce store that wasn’t in a beach town. That was at my brother’s place in Colorado…no beaches for thousands of miles! But there they have an outlet mall with a Fresh Produce outlet and I got a bunch of stuff when I was there. Like I said above, I like that it has a cool, beachy feel to it. They have very fun colors and prints. Bright colors are so in right now, it’s perfect. Everything I have from them is cotton-knit, so it’s wash & wear, with no ironing. I chose one of their spring dresses to try because I’m really into dresses right now. After frumping around the house for 3 years with two little ones and mostly wearing sweat pants, I’m into buying and wearing dresses to feel better about myself. This dress is great on all fronts, because it’s a pretty dress–you feel pretty wearing it, but it’s also very comfortable. That’s something I need to remind myself, that you don’t necessarily have to sacrifice comfort to look good. Anyway, I’ve been buying and wearing their stuff for over 10 years, and I encourage you to go check them out. Much of what they have is casual outfits. And you know me–yes, I checked out their clearance section and they often have good things on clearance at greatly reduced prices. If you go to the beach this summer and are poking around in all the little shops–keep your eyes open for Fresh Produce apparel. That’s where I’ve purchased most of what I have, at the beach. I really love their beach coverups, they’re perfect. This is a sponsored post, all opinions are my own.
