Brita is posting on their Facebook page that they will NOT be honoring the recent $10 rebate they put up. At this time, they are not offering any other information other than “we apologize for any confusion.” Lame! If you haven’t done the deals, yet, don’t! At least not if you were counting on the $10. It’s a shame–I liked their products and I hate when a company acts stupid like this. They put it out there, suck it up, honor it, and learn from it. be honoring the rebate. Jeesh! Make up your mind!
If you have already done the deal, return it if you haven’t mailed your rebate in yet. Or, consider calling and asking for your receipt back, so that you can return it. Or, just say “c’est la vie” and get over it. Or try doing a return without a receipt, depending on which store you chose.

shoot, I just bought one yesterday and have the rebate form here on my coffee table to fill out tonight. I am sending it in anyway. I would not have spent $22 something on a water pitcher if it had not been for the rebate form. If they aren’t going to honor it, I am taking the pitcher back!!
