Did you see this Real Age when it was on Oprah?

I don’t care for Oprah. She just got much too pompous for my liking in recent years. Today is her last show, isn’t it? That’s not to say that she hasn’t had on interesting topics or interesting guests, but I just think she’s waaayyy too arrogant. She crossed over that line between confidence and arrogance. Several years ago, she did a show on the topic of Real Age. It’s a concept where you take a survey regarding your health/fitness habits, and it tells you what your real body-age is, as opposed to your actual chronological age. It’s pretty cool. Of course ideally you want your Real Age to be lower than your actual age.
