a few more freebies

I am chasing down freebies for one more day, then that’s it! I’m getting burned out on this. We’ve donated over 350 separate items so far, and I picked up another 40 today, hope to get another 40-50 tomorrow, then that’s it!

Acme:
Edge and Skintimate are 1.50, if you have the $0.75/1s from Sunday’s paper-free!
Crest is $1–there were FOUR separate $1 Crest coupons in Sunday’s paper-free! Only one of the coupons didn’t count towards the sale Crest, the others did.

Walmart-headed out for–
dental floss-lots of varieties are $0.97 each and I have lots of $1 coupons for Reach and Glide, just hoping they are in stock.
razors-lots of different razor coupons in my binder, for $2-$4 off, can usually do lots of free matchups
My walmart has these 40 ct packets of Huggies wipes for $1.16 and there were $1 coupons in the 6/13 inserts; anything under a half-cent per wipe is stock up price for me.

CVS-stayfree is bogo, bogo coupons in Sunday’s paper-free

Extra Bucks deals-going to do the Aveeno and Hydro, I have enough ECBs so I won’t have to pay anything oop, just will sacrifice some ECBs. After coupons and the ECBs I get back, each has at $10 rebate, so I will actually make $10 on each.

So two more runs–did Acme this morning, doing CVS on my way to get K from school. Then that’s it! Taking a break for a while.

How much do you think I paid for this?

This is my haul from the second week of June. Three stores-Walmart, Acme and Superfresh.
Superfresh-paid $17.xx out of pocket, got 12 tubs of wipes and a big box of diapers. Got a $15 gas card back and $5 to spend on my next trip.
Acme-4 cases of Snapple, spent $0 oop, still have about $40 to spend at Acme in catalinas
Walmart-spent $0 oop, got several packs of wipes, razors and Stayfree/Carefree stuff, all being donated.
So, all that stuff and I still have $5 to spend at Superfresh, $40 to spend at Acme and a $15 gas card to spend on gas. Not bad for a couple of hours’ worth of work.

What’s Free this week?

Normally I don’t run all over town getting freebies anymore. But my husband has this canned food/non perishables thing going on at work, and he asked me to get him “lots of stuff” since he’s the leader for the drive in his department.

So, with Little Buddy off to school, it’s just me & Baby Buddy, so away we go………

First stop will be Dollar General. The Gillette Body Wash is $2 and there are $4/2s in the 5/2 inserts. Hopefully they’ll have plenty.

Next, we’ll go to Acme. Yesterday’s inserts had two $1/1s for Crest, and Crest is $1 at Acme.

After that, I’m headed back to Target. First, I need to do one more SC Johnson thing for the $5 rebate, so I’m going to get the bathroom scrubbing bubbles stuff, it’s a $1 mm for each item to start, so I’ll make $3. Then another $5 for the rebate. Sure, if you want to pay me $8 for three things of bathroom cleanser, I’ll take it. **ETA** Even better! There’s a coupon in yesterday’s paper for a $5 Target GC wyb 4 scrubbing bubbles products!

Then I’m hoping that they’ll have restocked the Aveeno body washes. They’re $1.25 each and I have $2/2 coupons, making them $0.25 each. Throw in a nice $10 rebate and it’s a really good deal.  Hoping that they have 20 of them, which is what I’d need. I’ll pay $5 for them and get $10 back in the rebate, plus have more to add to the donation pile.

I have more Viva coupons, so hoping that the 2-roll pack is still 1.48, making that a $0.40 mm per pack.

And then lastly we’ll stop at Superfresh on the way home for the free mayo. I have 6 of those coupons from yesterday’s paper, so I can get six giant jars of mayo for free. Donate four, probably keep two. There’s also free Luigi’s water ice to be had, so I’ll grab 4 of those since I have 4 coupons for it. Actually, those will be 0.09 each, so not exactly free.

I’ve checked the CVS and Walgreen’s ads and nothing jumps out at me. I already did my freebies at Walmart for this month. Pics coming soon.

Happy couponing!

Moneymaker Viva at Target

Last Sunday, there was a $0.85 off one Viva in the paper. If you go to Target’s website, scroll to the bottom and click on “coupons.” Scroll through the coupons and you’ll find a $1 off any one Viva multi pack. The twin pack of Viva at the Concordville Target was $1.48. So a $0.40 mm, and Viva is my favorite brand!
