This week’s Ulta ad has another $3.50 off $10 coupon. While the coupon excludes some brands and stacking with some Ulta sales, it can be stacked with mfr coupons. These offers are available online too.

In today’s paper, the Ulta ad has a “20% off your entire purchase” coupon. Exp 9/1/12. Woo hoo! They usually let you use this with mfr coupons AND their sales. However, I do not know if the 20% will come off before or after the coupons. You can also print the Ulta coupon here.

For starters, there’s a CHI flat iron for $88!
