Here’s a deal on 31 products

I just hit 31 likes on the new Smart Spending Spot, so in honor of that, here’s a deal:

Do you like 31 products? As my friend Amanda says, it’s quite easy to become addicted to monogramming stuff for your kids. Use THIS LINK and if you order $31 worth of stuff, you can get any one of their handbags at 50% off.

Their stuff is super cute, off to shop!

And if you still haven’t liked Smart Spending Spot, what are you waiting for? I’ve given away several prizes today, who knows what tomorrow will bring!

Target printable coupons

I saw it posted on a few other sites, that with the new printable coupons put out by Target this month, they are all mfr coupons. This is good and bad. Good because you can use them anywhere, bad because they can’t be stacked with mfr coupons, since they are not store coupons. Anyway, just thought I’d let everyone know, because you can’t tell until you print them, but that’s what I read.

Go to the Target website, scroll down to the bottom till you see a link that says “coupons.”

They do have the higher value Huggies coupons on there, so if you didn’t get many inserts this week, here is a chance to score a few more!

Acme ad, March 4-10; highlights & matchups

Sorry I’m so late this week, and my shift button isn’t working consistently, and it’s an abbreviated version of highlights. I apologize to my newer readers, you joined us during a crappy week, I’m just super busy with life and don’t have much time for matchups this week. It is a pretty slow week, though we should be able to score some free Crest items. I’ll post specifics on that later.

stouffers red box-50% off; coupons in Genuardi’s/Safeway booklet, 2/6 inserts

Meats: don’t forget the $1 Lancaster brand coupons from tailgating booklets.
tbone or porterhouse-4.99/lb
boneless, skinless chicken-bogo

store coupons on flap of ad-stack with mfr coupons for add’l savings:
Tide-9.99; includes stain release! So use that $3 coupon on top of it. Has shelf price of 14.99, so this is a great item to use as part of the 5/20 deal.

coke 2 liter products-5 for $4, must buy 5

frozen turkey breast, 1.49/lb

tombstone pizzas, 4 for 10, must buy 4, no coupons listed in database

starkist, 3 for a buck, must buy 3; $.75/2 coupon from 3/7/11 will make it free/moneymaker if that variety is included; printable

chips ahoy, 1.99 each, must buy 2; $1 tearpads back by dairy dept (Avondale acme) when you buy gallon of milk

acme pasta-0.69 each, must buy 4, check your avenu savings

end of store coupon items

yoplait-20 for 10, doesn’t say must buy 20, but a $2 catalina may spit out if you do. Lots of coupon printable links on box tops resource page at top of blog

kelloggs cereals-1.88, use affiliate banner link to get some printables, I posted it yesterday and this morning.

tastykakes-1.99, lowest price around and I love the retro packaging! support local economy & buy some!

progresso soups- 4 for $5, meh, not a great price imo

4.99 each when you buy 3: pepsi products, 24 packs; rock star & frappucino 4 packs; $1 off ones in 2/6 inserts or printable

save $4 instantly when you buy 4 men’s dove, vaseline intensive care, axe or suave items; can’t use the shelf price/sale price thing here because it’s an item requirement, not a dollar amount; they’re advertising some suave shampoos for $1, but I really doubt that it will include the mens’ shampoos–can’t hurt to check, that would mean four for free without even doing anything; that would be too easy!

Cover girl cosmetics are 20% off and they are a P&G item, though not shown as part of deal, so try at your own risk; but there are bogo coupons from last week, so doing shelf price/sale price/bogo coupons, could be decent deals

Herr’s pretzels-1.50, use this printable to make them $0.50

Kraft mac & cheese, 5 packs-3.99; use this printable to make it 2.99; or $0.60/box; yeah, I’d get a couple of 5 packs at that price, since my kids like it

simply orange-4.99; use $1 printable up top on coupons dot com bar

ocean spray, 2 for $4; no coupons listed in database; sadly I am pleased to see juice at $2 or less, it has gotten soooo expensive lately!

perdue nuggets or short cuts, 3.99; 1/9 inserts, or try this link
(fwiw, I’ve been getting the big bags of frozen nuggets, as they are usually included in the Favorite four for 19.99 and there are $1 coupons out for them, so they’re a better deal)

P&G Deal-
I posted some of it yesterday, I don’t see much to be excited about except the Tide. I will look on the Acme board on hcw and see if anyone puts together any decent scenarios.

any Sunday must-do deals? Feb 27

Yes! Actually there are some this week.

Walgreen’s is going to be hopping with couponers this week. For my newcomers from my class this morning, here is a brief rundown of the Walgreen’s rules–it gets complicated very quickly, so if you have any questions, please contact me here or thru the Facebook page. I’ll be happy to help, or chances are one of the other readers may answer your question before I even see it.

The following items are FREE after Register Rewards (RRs). That is, they are giving back the same amount in RRs that you pay for the item. Add in the coupons that are out there for these items, and you’ll pay less than what you’ll get back. Kudos to the couponers at hcw for compiling the info.

$10 RR wyb Applied Nutrition Anti-Aging Total Body Defense 50 ct $10
$4.99 RR wyb NasoGel Drip-Free Gel Spray 1oz $4.99
$3 RR wyb Motrin IB Pain Relief 20 ct $3
$3 RR wyb Baby Magic Lotion or Hair & Body Wash 16.5 oz $3
$2.99 RR wyb Colgate Total Gum Defense or Total Advanced 4 oz. $2.99
$1.99 RR wyb Super Poligrip Free .75 oz. $1.99

The Motrin and the Baby Magic is a gain of $$, coupons in 1/9 for Motrin, and Baby Magic has a coupon on facebook, I think. Also look for hangtags on the bottles. I would expect stores to run out of these items, hopefully not.

I plan on going and getting a bunch of Motrin, then using those RRs to buy other things, like the Baby Magic. Then I’ll just hang on to my RRs and wait for opportunities within the next two weeks, to roll them.

Then, at CVS, there are items giving back the same amount in Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) that you spend on the item. For more details and discussion, look at the thread on hcw.

Crest Pro Health, at $3.29, $1 coupons in today’s paper
Revitalens solution at $5.99
Physician’s Formula is also a good deal, get $7 when you spend $10. Coupons last week, plus look for “try me free” rebate peelies on the items. If you can’t find them, go to the Rite Aid in Kennett Square, I know they have them on their products.
Softsoap body was is giving back $2 when you buy the $2.99 body wash.

There’s also a $10 back when you spend $30 on select Procter & Gamble products. Since Pampers are included, I plan on blowing whatever ECBs I have built up on the Pampers, then I’ll be back down to $10 worth again.

Then, I’ll head over to Genuardi’s and see if I can double dip on the frozen food deal. If I can get six bags of Ore Ida for a buck, yipppee! That will last me a year.
