What I'm getting at CVS this week-week of Nov 27

I’m feeling energized again about going to CVS. For about 4 or 5 years, I went every single week, sometimes more than once a week. I juggled two CVS cards, got all my freebies. Then for the past 6-12 months, I guess I had CVS burnout. I rarely went, and quite frankly, when you go every week for 4 years, you build up quite a stockpile so I didn’t really need to go.

Thursday energized me again. First, it was fun getting all the stuff I got, for just $9 out of pocket. Second, one of my couponing friends was like “Really, you don’t come here anymore? I still come every week.” So now I’m motivated to go again. Plus, this week my son starts his home/community TSS hours, so this will be a nice weekly outing for us to do. It’s close to home and still gives him practice in public places.

So……here’s what I am eyeing up from this week’s ad, and what I want to get. I only have $14 ECBs to work with so not sure what all I’ll get.

First, if you need contact lens solution, check out the Complete for $8.99 with $8.99 back. If you find some with $1 or $2 peelies–good for you! I hope I do, but since I don’t wear contacts, won’t be getting it unless I find the peelies.

Pg 6 of ad-Xtra Laundry detergent for $1.49. $1 off 2 coupons in 11/13 paper, makes is $0.99 a bottle! For that price, even though I don’t care for it, I’ll use it to wash dog beds and car towels.

Burt’s Bees stuff–on sale, says “starting at $2.99.” Get a $2 printable on Facebook. I think it’s wishful thinking that we’ll find an eligible item for $2.99, but can’t hurt to look.

When you scan your card under the magic card scanner, you’re going to get a $3 off $10 Hand or Body Lotion coupon. Combine that with the $1 off 1s for Carmex, from 10/30 inserts. It’s on sale for $4.99.

Front page–the $10/$30 gift card offer still going strong. And I’ve been buying a ton of stuff at Barnes & Noble since it’s 50% off, so I could use a $10 gift card. I may do the Tide at $5.94, with the $2 coupons from 10/30. Plus I still have some FREE Pantene coupons from home mailers, from those Facebook offers they ran.

Lastly, the $5/$15 Duracell offer. I got $3 off 2 Duracell coupons in my Thursday (Thanksgiving) paper, so check yours. Always need batteries this time of year!

Large dog beds-$9.99

I bought two of these today at Kohl’s.

I have two 100lb dogs, and I don’t buy expensive beds. This is my second pair of Greater Swiss Mtn Dogs—and I experimented with beds with the first two. We bought expensive, we bought cheap. I go with cheap. If I get new ones every 12-24 months, so be it. At $10 each, no big deal.

Click that image to get the 20% code and search for “Animal Planet Pet Bed” and they’ll come up. They’re $12.49, then you take 20% off. Code is good through tomorrow, but the 50% off the beds may end tonight, I’m not sure. I think I may order 6 more–then I’ll also qualify for free shipping and $15 Kohl’s cash back because I spent $50. They’re packaged well, so they will store well in the basement. A lifetime supply of dog beds for $60–I’ll take it! It hurts much less when a dog shreds or vomits on a $10 bed, as compared to a $100 one. These have removable covers too, but you know how it is, sometimes doggy smell just permeates the bed and you have to toss it.

Syma R/C Helicopter~$24.95 shipped! (down from $100+)

These remote controlled helicopters are so hot right now. A few weeks ago when I was at the King of Prussia mall, one of the stores was demo’ing them out in the mall. My parents said the stores at the Atlantic City casinos were doing the same thing. At this price, I’m going to try it–while I don’t want to be wasteful, I’m not so worried if they break it, for $25. At full price–NO WAY!

There is a working Syma R/C Helicopter for only $19.65 plus FREE shipping on any purchase of $25 or more or with Amazon Prime!  Typically priced $129.99, this is 85% off and has some really great reviews!  While all are deeply discounted, the Yellow Syma R/C Helicopter is the cheapest!

This ships FREE with Amazon Prime! Get a FREE 1-month Amazon Prime trial membership for college students or a FREE 3-month Amazon Prime trial for moms.
