Company Kids-75% off clearance + 20% code

I first ordered from them when they had the $8 monogrammed Christmas stockings. Now through February 6, use the code AK20CLEA and get an additional 20% off your purchases, including the clearance department, some of which is already 75% off. I just briefly glanced at the items and there are summer things in the clearance. I saw lots of items for just 9.99 before the discount.

Don’t forget to go through ebates to get another 2.5% back. On ebates, they are listed at “The Company Store” but you can get to Kids through there.

Icy day here, let the online shopping begin! I think I’m going to get these:

This valance will go perfect with my boys’ room.

Grab a spoon…….it’s Edy’s time again!

Starting tomorrow at Acme, Edy’s is bogo. It’s $5.99. I just logged my card number into Avenu (link on right-hand side of this blog) and I got the e-coupon for $2 off Edy’s. Limit 2 per transaction. So your transaction will look like this:
$5.99 edy’s
$0.00 bogo edy’s
-2.00 e-coupon on one
-2.00 e-coupon on the other
$1.99 final total for two cartons of Edy’s.

This is how it’s been ringing up every time they offer this deal. This is the 3rd time this summer it’s been offered.

It says limit 2 per visit, but I have done 4, in two separate transactions, same visit, and it has worked.

Look around–there have been $0.50 coupons spotted on some freezer doors, which when doubled, means free! I have yet to find such a coupon, but $1 is cheap enough for me.

Teacher Appreciation Day at Big Lots-8/2

This Saturday, bring your teacher ID to Big Lots and get an additional 10% off your entire purchase.

This offer valid only on Saturday, August 2nd.

$5 off $20 at Walgreen’s, tomorrow only

Here is the link to the coupon.

Note that this coupon states that your total must still be $20 AFTER all coupons. Bummer. Those marketing folks are getting smart, because it used to be that we could use that coupon first, then use some mfr coupons to get your total next to $0.

But there is still a bit of money to made, if you think you’re going to start shopping at Walgreen’s frequently. Get the monthly booklet at the front of the store and turn to page 38. There you will find the tally sheet for the monthly rebates. Notice that the first few items are free after rebate. Find some items you like or can use, and purchase $20 worth of those items. Then, hang on to your receipt and send in the rebate request. Instead of requesting a check, request a gift card–they will increase your amount by 10%.

So your transaction will look like this:
$20 worth of Free after Rebate items
-$5 coupon
Pay $15 + tax
Request rebate in form of gift card, and you’ll receive
$20 + 10%, or $22 in a gift card.

After you receive your $22 gift card, you can begin ‘rolling’ it into RR deals and other rebate deals.
