printable for Carter’s

Expires tomorrow–but sometimes sales clerks will let you go. It’s a good one though–30% off a $40 purchase, usually they give a $10/50. Print it and go!

I know I’ve said this before….

But I’m back. Really, I am. Temporarily anyway.

First–for those of you who only have one child–the second one is a total game changer! Gah! While I love them dearly, having a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, plus working full time….there’s not much time left for blogging or bargaining.

This week–there’s a get $5 wyb $25 Kraft deal at Acme. Unfortunately, Acme seems to have really caught on to the shelf price vs. sale price thing, so much of the stuff is on knockdown. Remember knock down price is the amount that counts towards the sale, boo. The best cheap/freebie deal we’ve been able to find is Cool Whip. Buy 9, pay $9, get $8 back in cats. You can check out the full discussion here on hotcouponworld.

Avondale Acme has a new store manager and the change has been remarkable. The produce dept is no longer a dead zone and I see employees smiling!

I’ll post more deals later this week. I have gotten back on the CVS bandwagon after taking a break for more than a year.

Walgreen’s moneymaker & Kellogg’s coupons

First, there are $1 off one Kellogg’s coupons at coupons.com. Good for the month of January. I know there is a Kellogg’s deal coming up at Walgreen’s, Kmart will be doing superdoubles again, so they may come in handy. Print them now before print limit is reached and they pull them.

Second, look at this thread on hotcouponworld about a moneymaker on Robitussin/Dimetapp.A great deal if you have gift card money, RRs to spend, or need cough/cold medicine and don’t mind shelling out $10 oop. There are too many details to list, that’s why I’m just posting the link to the thread. But basically, you pay $10 for 5 boxes of cold medicine, and walk out with $20 in RR. I have not tried this deal and do not plan to. I just gave away dozens of boxes of this stuff to a friend. Apparently the FDA or CDC or AAP or someone now recommends not giving any cough/cold medicine to children under age 4. So rather than hold on to it, I gave it to a friend with older children.

Lastly, when I was in the Avondale Walgreen’s the other day, the cashier commented on how well I did that day. Then she said that the Happy Harry’s on Route 7, I assume she means Lantana Square, has better deals. Not sure what that means, but if you’re in the area, you may want to check it out.
