Genuardi’s (safeway) 5 day sale, March 13-19, quick recap & highlights

I don’t have time to do the whole ad w/matchups, but here are somet hings I found of interest–

Cheese, lots of brands listed, on sale bogo; ad shows mostly Kraft items, but you should be able to use a coupon on each item. Also, be on lookout for free cookbook displays that are free when you buy 4 Kraft items.

Conagra items (Hunt’s, Orville Redenbacker, Healthy Choice, Manwich)-save an additional $3 when you buy 10 items. Yes, you can use coupons in addition to this.

A&H detergent/Oxi Clean-$3 each when you buy 3. Hopefully you grabbed the $1.25 printable when it was available–only $1.75 each wyb 3!

More instant savings-save $4 instantly wyb any 4 participating: Breyers, Starbucks (ice cream), Ben & Jerry’s, Klondike, Bertollis, PF Changs, Magnum. All are frozen items. The only coupons I know of are for Bertolli’s.

$5 or less pizza night: Freschetta, Red Baron, Kashi, Newman’s Own

Gap-today’s Ebates daily double & code stacking!

Ebates has started doing a daily double-offering double cash back on certain stores each day. Today’s daily double is Gap–so if you order from Gap via Ebates, you’ll get 20% back in rebates!

If you use the code GAP2080, you should be able to score $20 off an $80 purchase.

Or try these other Gap codes for stacking.

Great Clips-$6.99 haircuts

A friend told me that she saw a sign outside the Great Clips on Route 1, advertising $6.99 haircuts. For our older son, we have our own clippers and just buzz him clean every few weeks. But the little guy–I’m just not ready to part with his baby locks and buzz him just yet. He still gets regular haircuts, so I’ll definitely take advantage of this deal. I pay almost twice that at Cost Cutters in Avondale, just for a haircut for a 1 year old!

very cheap diapers at Walgreen’s this week

Good thing the grocery stores are slow this week, because the pharmacies have enough deals this week to keep us hopping.

At Walgreen’s, the store brand diapers are bogo at 8.99. There is also a $2 coupon in the Walgreen’s Infant Care booklet. Ask at your store if you don’t see it out. The coupon will automatically deduct $2 from each pack when scanned. Final price ends up being about $5 for two packs of diapers.

It’s been my experience that Walgreen’s diapers, well, all store brand diapers really, run a bit small. My son is in a size 4 right now if it’s Pampers or Huggies, but if I was getting these I would get 5s.
