Look what I got for $0.60. Yes, 60 cents!

My husband doesn’t like to play this game anymore-the “guess how much I paid” game. The novelty has worn off for him. When I come home & ask him that, he always gives me a ridiculous answer.  Here’s my haul:

$9.00- three Coke 12-packs at $3 each
$6.00-three Ritz crackers at $2 each
$4.47-three Xtra detergents at $1.49 each
$3.99-one Crest rinse
$4.35-three Revlon nail polish, 1.45 each (clearance)
$3.69-Revlon mineral powder foundation (clearance)
$2.74-two Revlon eyeshadow, 1.37 each (clearance)
$2.49-Revlon mascara (clearance)

Coupons:
$3- take $3 off 3 coke products from Safeway booklet
$2.25-$.75/one Ritz product, three of those, from Safeway booklet
$5 off any 2 Revlon products, CVS store coupon (CRT)
$3-three of the $1 Xtra detergent printables
$2-take $2 off any Revlon face product, mfr coupon from Sunday inserts
$6-take $1 off any Revlon lip/eye/nail product, mfr coupons (6) from Sunday inserts

$15 in Extra Bucks-$10 from the Pepsi deal last week, $5 from Beauty purchases

Final Out of Pocket, cash paid:
$0.60
You can’t even get one can of soda for that price!
That’s right, saved $92.19 today.


Got back: $5 extra bucks for Coke/Nabisco purchases, $3.99 for Crest purchase, appx $13 towards my next $50 beauty purchase threshold

Free/MM Almay deal at Walgreen’s

Grab th $2 Almay coupon from yesterday’s paper and head on over to Walgreen’s. There appears to be a deal when you buy two Almay products, get $7 in Register Rewards. One of the nice things about Walgreen’s is that clearance items usually work for RR deals, and there is plenty of Almay on clearance. So get two items, use the $2 coupons to get it really cheap, hopefully less than $7 for both items, and get $7 back.

I’ve seen this deal listed on several boards on the web, so I wouldn’t expect any Almay inventory to last for long. I also have not read which items are not working, so try at your own risk. Good luck!
