CVS–not a great week for weekly deals. Revlon is bogo, so if you have the $2 coupons from a few weeks ago and a CRT, you may be able to get some good stuff cheap. Remember you can use 2 coupons on a bogo. Be sure to check out the Revlon monthly ECB deal, listed in the monthly booklet found at front of store. Some stores are doing away with the monthly booklets but I have seen them at the Landenberg store. Also, check out the Tylenol deal, which is a weekly deal, especially if you’ve received the $2.50 off $10 pain purchase CRT.
CVS-since it’s a slow week as far as weekly deals, if you must roll over your ECBs this week, check out the monthly deals. Vitamin D, Wellness Patches are both free after ECBs. I have not checked stores for supply.
CVS-if you get the $1 off any CVS paper towels CRT, use it! There is a 3-roll pack of CVS brand paper towels. For some reason, the CRT scans at $2, so free paper towels. I did do this myself this week at Landenberg and can verify it works. They may fix the glitch, but if you’re going there anyway, use that CRT. Go to the machine back by magazines and scan your Extra Care card, who knows what you’ll get.
Walgreen’s-I’m doing the Dimetapp deal I blogged about yesterday.
Kmart-I got an email back from Customer Service regarding the superdoubles. I posted about it on hcw, here. Perhaps you know someone in one of those areas who can mail you the flyer if you’re interested.
Acme-the Philly Inquirer got the $1 off 2 poptarts, not the $0.55, so no free poptarts. Maybe those who get the Local or the News Journal will luck out. Overall not a great week at Acme, so I’m glad I stocked up last week.
I think I’ll be taking a break this week from bargaining, since there’s not too much out there.
