Free stuff at Totsy!

I know I’ve posted my Totsy referral link before. Totsy is another daily deal site that specializes in high end children’s clothing. You can’t purchase anything or even view anything unless you’re a member, but it just takes a quick free signup to be a member.

Here’s a promo code that’s floating around the web-15CREDIT will take $15 off a $15 or more purchase, and it will work towards shipping.

If you’re going to sign up, please use my referral link, then you can post your new referral link once you sign up and so on….

I hope I can find something, a quick glance looks like lots of baby stuff and girl stuff, I need little boy stuff! I am so bummed I missed out on that sock deal I posted a few weeks ago, I wish that was live again.

New Earth’s Best Program & Coupons

At the coupon class on Saturday, some of you had asked about organics & baby stuff. I will try to include that stuff at least weekly. This offer from Earth’s Best came in my email today. It’s called Share & Save, and basically it’s another one of these referral type deals (that is not my referral link though). You sign up, get some friends to sign up via your link, then when you get a number of friends to sign up, you get more savings. Facebook makes it easy to post stuff like that, and I always figure, if it’s something you want to sign up for, why not go through a friend’s link. There’s also a printable link in there for $1 off 5 baby food jars, which is good. Usually it’s $1 off 10 or 12. Print two per computer!

PS-I haven’t signed up yet for this program, but probably will just for the cracker/cookie coupons, so if someone else does, please post your referral link on the wall and I’ll go through that.

Here comes the weekend~fun & frugal, March 4, 5, 6

Lots to do this weekend!

The Borders stores are having a free reading time in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday. It’s this Saturday, 2 pm. Their advertising says best for ages 6-10. Double check with your local store. We went to the Elmo thing last weekend and it was fun. It included a story (which my kids interrupted multiple times), a craft and a snack.

First Friday events-lots of little small towns across America do “First Friday” events. Kennett Square is doing a Mardi Gras theme. I saw that Bethlehem is doing a First Friday too; if you go, make sure you stop in at Shuze–they’re having a sale!

Locals-go see the Kennett Symphony, for FREE! This weekend only. I took my 4-year-old to the free concert at Christmas time & he loved it.

Check the Lowe’s Build and Grow website for their clinics, held almost every Saturday at 10 am.

Today is the last day to get the two movie tickets for $9 from Groupon. This Fandango deal has gone national and is available in all cities, today only!

Here is the link to the Chester County Library System calendar. Some interesting workshops, maybe one near you.

Tonight at 7 pm at the Bayard Taylor library in Kennett Square-Creating a Meaningful High School Experience. Seminar.

La Michocana ice cream in Kennett Square is having their seasonal grand opening this Saturday, check it out. I’ve never been there, but I understand that their ice cream is fantastic. Where else can you get corn flavored ice cream!?!

The annual AAUW used book sale at the Concord Mall is going on this weekend. I love cheap books!

If you skip out of work a bit early on Friday to get a head start on the weekend, stop in at Chick Fil A from 2-4 for free fries. Nothing like a free afternoon snack!

Bugaboo Creek/Charlie Brown’s has a $5 off $20 printable again.

If you have teen girls, make sure you check out the Prom Dress consignment event at the Growing Tree in Kennett Square. Proms have gotten so expensive lately, and we have some fantastic dresses at a great price.

25% off at Scholastic, plus free shipping!

Scholastic books just hit 100k fans on facebook, so they are running a promo to celebrate. Use the code FBF100 to get 25% off your purchase. Free shipping on orders over $25.

Free Standard Shipping applies to book orders over $25. Standard Shipping option must be selected at check-out; exclusive only to book orders. Orders containing product other than books not eligible for Standard Shipping. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Previous purchases, back orders and purchase orders are not eligible. To be honest, I’ve never ordered Scholastic Books outside of the order form that I get from K’s school. Hopefully there is a way to still designate for your child’s school to receive a %, like they do from the school orders. But I’m not positive, if it works for you, please report back.
