big lots logoI know I am definitely hitting this sale this weekend! I saw some good things there a few weeks ago, at 30% off. I was semi-interested then, but the additional 20% is enough to push me to buy. I liked some of the summer items, bubbles, beach towels and more.

30% off at Big Lots coupon

Well, it’s not a coupon, it’s an e-coupon. If you have the Big Lots Buzz Club card, you’ll get 30% off apparel this Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I’d hardly call Big Lots the mecca of high fashion…..but some suggestions–

Sweats, especially if you’re pregnant or plan to be. Get them in a size or two bigger so that you have something comfy to wear around the house.

Kids clothes, especially play clothes.

Scrubs-they do sell scrubs, so if you wear them to your job and can pick whatever color and style you want, always good to have some extras.

Also, check out pajamas, socks and other items you don’t leave the house in. Never know what you may find!

Big Lots ad-April 9-16

Weird, I got a Big Lots ad today. I never get those. Big Lots does NOT take mfr coupons, maybe they’ll throw another 20% coupon our way. Looks like some interesting offers.

I like their garden/patio things and it is the season. They’re decent quality and good prices. And I don’t have to run down to Concord Pike. Check them out, they have everything from gas grills to pots to patio furniture.

They have it on sale for $35. My parents got this for Kevin’s birthday last year, and I think we paid the same price at Toys R Us, at the END of the season. And they freakin LOVE this thing.  They also have other Little Tikes and licensed outdoor stuff on sale. Great Easter gifts, cheap!

And although I don’t see any in the ad, Big Lots is sorta underground-known for carrying a decent selection of organic items. With Earth day just around the corner, I would think that they have a nice assortment, hopefully!
