The Pike Creek Kmart is NOT doing superdoubles. Bummer. I should have called first.
I thought I could redeem the trip, as they had tons of good kids’ clothing on clearance for 2.99. I found several items, I also had registered on kmart.com to get a $5 off $50. I also had two of the $5 Huggies coupons to use and there’s a $25 Kmart/Glamour rebate, so I thought I would end up doing well after all.
And then my check card was denied. And so was a second one. How embarrassing. I forgot that we got new cards, and I had not called in my new ones to activate them. And they were sitting here, at home, on the kitchen counter. I had to have the cashier void the entire sale. This also meant I couldn’t stop at Acme as planned and get milk that we need.
Sigh………..
OMG–been there, done that. I filled an entire cart at Walmart (with 2 kids in tow) got to check out and realized that I forgot my entire wallet at home.
I also had 1 of those Olay rebate gift mastercards that I went to use at CVS a few weeks ago and realized that I forgot to activate it. I just stood there and called real quick. It activated immediately (thank God) and there was no line behind me. Another one of my steller moments!
