I’ll update this as I get new information, but my household is already Cars 2 crazy!

Go like Rayovac on Facebook, and enter to win tickets. And here is the Cars 2 Facebook page, in case they publish anything.

Giant Eagle stores are running a promotion: From June 1-30, buy any four Juicy Juice products, and you’ll get $5 off your Cars 2 ticket. Look for limited edition Cars 2 Juicy Juice boxes.

On the Juicy Juice website, look for games and their online Spy School.

State Farm is also a sponsor and doing some events.

Kellogg’s is running a promo. Buy specially marked products, collect points to redeem for merchandise. Details.

Today, Living Social is re-running the two movie tickets for $9 offer. I don’t see why you couldn’t use them to go see Cars 2. My friend Alissa has all the details on her blog. Dead deal now, sorry.

And, much as I dislike to give Walmart a plug, I did find some cool things there today. Cars 2 pajamas for $5-s/s top and pants, but lightweight cotton. The s/s top and shorts were $9. Set of sippy cups for $4.

Kimberly Clark (maker of Huggies, Kleenex, etc.) is also having a rewards points promo to earn merchandise.

Rayovac has another promo for tickets, besides the contest listed earlier in post.

And, hip hip hooray-since my kids basically live on chicken nuggets, Perdue has another offer to get free Cars 2 dinnerware.

If you haven’t signed up yet for the Kellogg’s printable coupons, do so now! I signed up whenever it first came out, and they’ve sent me free codes for the merchandise in my email.

Bass Pro Summer Camp

Click on image for info about Harrisburg, PA store.

Now through July 10, Bass Pro shops are offering a whole bunch of different activities for families, for free! There are workshops on all the different outdoors activities, crafts and more. The store closest to me is even offering s’mores every Saturday evening and a mock photo of kids on the cover of Field & Stream magazine. Complete schedule here. Just remember, activities like these are marketing tactics to bring you in to the store………….to entice you spend money you hadn’t planned on spending there. Be strong, keep your money in your pocket, and if you do plan on purchasing items, decide what you want beforehand and stick to a budget.

A few freebies you may want

These freebies may also disappear after 5/31. Keep in mind, that even if you’re saying to yourself, “Gee thanks, but I don’t have arthritis” these may still have some value for you. Often times they come with coupons for related items (pain relievers, heat patches), informational articles on health/diet/exercise that is applicable to just about anyone, plus good recipes. Especially for the carb-counters who are trying to stay away from simple sugars, you may want to check out the diabetes booklet.

I’ve signed up for all of these but haven’t received them all. Travel Zoo is good so far, so is Woman Freebies–good printables come with it.

Is your house Cars 2 crazy yet?

Click on photo to order from Amazon.

The opening for the new Cars 2 movie is still a month away, but my boys are going crazy! There are commercials for it on tv all the time. Yesterday, a Fisher Price catalog came to the house, and they’re treating it like a prized possession–it’s definitely their favorite book right now. On the cover of the catalog is this item, the bubble mower. It’s $30 in the catalog (Free shipping when you spend $50) but I found it on Amazon for a whole $0.03 less, woo hoo. But seriously, I have Amazon prime so there’s no shipping and I don’t have to spend $50. This is so cute, debating whether or not I should get it. They have a lot of cute Cars things.
