Welcome to another week of the Fashion Friday blog hop–our quest to get out of sweatpants and ponytails and into something more fashionable–while remaining budget conscious.

This week, my tip for you is Ann Taylor. Here is a code to get 40% off your entire purchase. Personally, I think it’s better than the 50/50 deal floating around the web, because you have to spend $50 (on full priced merchandise) to get the $50 gift card. Yes, you can get $100 worth of merchandise for $50, but maybe you don’t want to spend that much. Maybe you’ll find a nice piece for $15 or $30. So there you go! Happy Shopping!

Get a Melissa & Doug 25% Off Coupon When You Take the North "Poll"

If you follow my blog, you know I love, love, love Melissa and Doug toys. Thank you to my friend Rachael K for introducing me to them. I have some that they play with all the time, and some that are in a special bin, they can only use these under adult supervision. Mainly because they are nice and/or educational and/or have lots of pieces that I don’t want to get lost. My older son (with special needs) is getting a home TSS now, and they were just Wow’d by my collection. Having this beautiful and educational collection of toys makes it so much easier for them to work with him.

Right now they have a special offer going on, and it couldn’t come at a better time. Melissa & Doug want you to tell them which of their educational toys you think is the best! Just click on the image below to place your vote in the North “Poll!” You’ll Get a Melissa & Doug 25% Off Coupon** to use at MelissaAndDoug.com just for voting!

Christmas theme bibs-$1.75 each + free shipping!

Totsy is at it again! For the next three days, they are doing a Carter’s event. I’m getting all verklempt……..thinking about when I used to go to the Carter’s outlet at Christmas time to shop for my guys when they were baby-babies. Now my youngest is 2.5, so still a baby, but you know what I mean. Right now they have a 3-pack of holiday themed bibs for $5! And if you’ve never ordered from Totsy before, first time customers get free shipping.

They have tons of picture frames, blankets and other really nice gift ideas, not just Christmas stuff.

Disney Blu Ray movies-$13 each

Ever since we got a Blu Ray player, we’re really into movies at home. My boys are just starting to like the Disney ones and so far we have The Lion King, Cars, Toy Story 3 and A Bug’s Life. Here’s an offer for the Disney movie club–because I just did the math on it.

Ok, first it says “Get 4 movies for $1” blah blah. And you’re thinking, “yeah, right, but how many more do you have to buy?” Good question-5. You have to buy 5 more at regular price. But, with this first initial order of 4, they let you buy one of them at $9.95 and another one at $14.95, plus free shipping. So now you’re down to just having to buy three at regular price of $29.95. Add it all up and you get 9 Blu Ray DVDs for $115.90, if my math is correct, which is about $12-$13 each. That’s a great price! Even all the Cars2 deals I’ve been seeing, it’s at least $22 for a Blu Ray–so this is about half price.

They have all the popular Disney titles, hundreds if not thousands to choose from. Even the TV shows like Handy Manny and Little Einsteins. Plus other movies I didn’t even realize were Disney like The Santa Clause series.  I’m going to do this and order my first 6 now, and use some of them as gifts.

Even as I’m snipping the photo to do this post, my little guy is over my shoulder yelling “MOM I want Toy Story!” My problem will be choosing only 6!
