I have been needing a coffeemaker and just never got around to getting one. Then I got this email advertising one. With shipping it came to $29. I thought it was a good deal–a coffeemaker, thermal carafe, travel mug and 1 lb of coffee all for $29. The thermal carafe is what sealed the deal for me–when you wake at a different time than your spouse, it really comes in handy. The one thing I don’t really like about it is the logo plastered across the carafe. I don’t plan on keeping the membership since I find the coffee to be pretty expensive, I have one month to cancel it.

I saw on the news a segment about coupon parties. This particular kind was run by a website and cost $25 to attend. I’ve read on some of the couponing boards about coupon swap parties that some people host. I will try to stop in the Avon Grove library in West Grove and see if they’ll let me do it there. It’s a good way to get coupons and tips and learn from each other. Stay tuned.

I know there has been less and less activity on my blog……..and if I disappear, it’s because I’m having a baby. I promise I will return, as I found last time during my maternity leave that I did have the time & energy to do this. Of course last time I didn’t have a toddler and an infant, so we’ll see.
I’m getting near the end and I’m tired all the time. I’ve been reading about deals, but just have been too tired to do them or post about them. I encourage everyone to visit the various websites like hotcouponworld and keep going!
Right now, all my ECBs are good til mid-March, and my pantry and fridge are stocked. So I’ll be taking a break for a while.
