Tomorrow, July 1, Rita’s officially changes the name of it’s lemon water ice to Alex’s Lemonade. You can also, starting tomorrow, purchase a paper lemon for $1 to go to childhood cancer research. The state store in Kennett, next to the Giant, is going out of business. They have everything marked down and clearanced, about a 20% savings right now. Plus then of course 6% sales tax…..so really, if you drive to Hockessin you get the 15% discount and then pay no sales tax.
