Another deal for half-off the Please Touch Museum (& tips if you go!)

Believe it or not, I think I’m going to sit this one out! But the Delco Deal Diva has posted a deal about half-off at the Please Touch Museum. This one is offered by RueLaLa, another daily deal site. If you purchase your half-off passes, they must be used by July 12. These are a good thing to have in your pocket for a rainy day! I’m not a member of that daily deal site, enough is enough at some point, ya know? But she has posted her referral link to join, which is: http://www.ruelala.com/invite/delcodealdiva

I think we’ve been there 5 or 6 times in the past 18 months. And we just got season passes to Sesame Place so I want to focus on that.

If you do go, here are my SmartSpending tips: Pack your own lunch and eat in the carousel room. The fare they serve there is fine, just your usual overpriced fare for a captive audience, kwim? Why pay $2 for a bottle of water? Bring your own stuff, they allow it. When you go on the carousel, they require each child under 48″ to have an adult. So for each pair of you, only hand over one ticket, not two. The gift shop is nice and has a clearance section.

Delaware Children’s Museum

I don’t know about all of you, but I’ve had enough of this crappy weather, I am really ready to go outside with my kids. Still, doesn’t look like it’s meant to be.

HERE is a $1 printable coupon for the Delaware Children’s Museum.

FREE museum access for Bank of America cardholders; incl. Please Touch & Garden State Discovery

Thanks to one of the Philly Social Media Moms for alerting me to this deal-

Do you have a Bank of America credit card? Then this weekend, there is a whole list of museums you can enter for free. Details HERE. For us Philly folks, it includes the Please Touch Museum and the Garden State Discovery Museum. They’ll be doing this the first weekend of every month. How cool is that?

Have fun!

Printables that will be gone after 3/31!
