Acme-$1 catalina offer

I’m looking at my ad and still trying to digest it. Dozens of items are offering a $1 “off your next purchase” when you buy them. I see lots of useful items and some great deals. But I need to digest it–I mean, if I buy 30 items, do I really need to wait for 30 $1 catalinas to print out? And what if the cashiers go to the “Only can redeem 2 per transaction” rule when I try to redeem them?

I am loving Acme this week, but I’m done.

I decided to go today instead of Thursday, and I think I’m done for this week. It was fun. Today I got: 10 boxes of various Kellogg’s cereals, 2 dozen eggs, 3 gallons of milk, 5 tote bags, 2 bags of M&Ms, bananas. After all coupons & catalinas, my out-of-pocket was $4.84 and I got three new catalinas for free milk. I’m done submitting rebates too, since not too many of the rebate varieties overlap with the sale varieties, and I prefer the sale items. I’d post a photo but I just grabbed the camera & it needs to be recharged.

This week at Acme, just keeps getting better!

Don’t forget to check your e-savings! In addition to the $1 printables I posted the other day for Marie Callender & Healthy Choice, it’s showing up on e-savings too. I got the $1 off of Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers. My friend Chris got $1.25 off of the Marie Callender. Combine that with the $1 printables, and that is what we couponers call a moneymaker! I don’t know if you Healthy Choice thing is the $1.25 one or the $2.25 one, but for free or a moneymaker, I’ll try it.

Another “No coupons? No Problem!”

Another “No coupons? No problem!” idea is the Gatorade promo at Acme. Buy ten 32 oz Gatorades at Acme for $1 each, get give free Propels. That makes them about $0.67 each which is the cheapest you’re going to find it.
