Brandywine Strawberry Festival~FREE Radio Disney concert on Sunday

I was just planning out our weekend, and I think I want to try the Strawberry Festival at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville. On Sunday at noon, there’s a free concert by Radio Disney, sponsored by Bottom Dollar foods. Maybe I’ll see you there. Doesn’t hurt that I just love love love strawberries, and so does my 3-year-old!

Acme Sizzlin Summer Giveaway~weekly ticket swap~June 1

acme sizzlin summer giveaway, acme ticketsI wanted to try something new this summer, to see if we can help some of our Acme shoppers become Acme winners! I know every time I go to the Acme, and they say “are you playing the game this year, do you want your tickets?” I begrudgingly say yes. Last year I did it all summer long and all I got was a few free donuts. Not even a $2 winner.

So this summer, I thought we could try a weekly ticket swap. In the blog comments section, leave a note of which tickets you’re looking for or what you have as extra. You can also leave it on the Facebook wall where this is posted, if you do want others to have your email address.

I will not be matching people up, it will be up to you to browse the listing and connect with the person who listed what you need. You may want to change your Facebook settings to receive messages from non-friends.
