Decent Superfresh trip, No IPs

I learned that SF does not accepts IPs. I didn’t have too many so it didn’t really bother me. They also do not carry the Muir Glen tomatoes, which was a bummer. They should be about a nickel a can after triples, and I have 12 or so coupons and actually need tomatoes. I’ll have to settle for Acme and hope they go on sale soon.

Other good items after triples: Chex Mix, Lipton tea, Celestial seasonings tea, Campbell’s select harvest soup, Paul Newman stuff (salsa and lemonade) and lots of other stuff.

I spent $164, had $169 in coupons, so over a 50% savings.

Triples at Superfresh-4 days only

I read that Superfresh is doing triples for four days, starting today. I briefly looked online at the ad for the Kennett store and don’t see it listed. Hopefully it is not regional, at all stores. I will call on my way home today and double check. Then tonight I’ll be doing lots of clipping and will probably do my weekly trip there this week.

Acme deals–part 2

For the ConAgra deal, shelf prices worked for me. Healthy Choice soup has a shelf price of $2.69 and is on sale for $1.25. I got 6 of those plus 8 cans of Hunt’s tomatoes to hit my $25 threshhold and got my $10. I also did the GM deal-mixture of brownie mix, frosting, cookie mix and Chex Mix for my 10 items. Shelf price is irrelevant since it goes by item count. Also picked up four boxes of Kellogg’s, 4 for $10, used two $1.50 coupons, free milk coupon. When all was said & done, total was $52.xx before coupons, $28.xx after coupons, and I got $21 back in OYNO cats. Two $10 ones-Conagra and GM, and a $1 French’s mustard cat.

So overall, not a bad run. I won’t be rolling it or doing it again, I’m running out of steam and winding down for a while.
