Pizza!

My family eats a lot of pizza, too much probably. But I wanted to give a plug to local pizza places. The first is Bravo Pizza. They have locations in Avondale and Glen Mills. Their pizza is good and reasonably priced. They also post their menu and coupons online, in case you want to pick something up on the way home.

The second is Enzo’s in Kennett Square. The Kennett Paper ran a profile of Enzo’s last week. Apparently Enzo, the owner, was ill for a few years and couldn’t really focus on his business. He had to watch as sales tumbled, as did the quality of food & service. But now he’s back.

Yesterday’s Valpak had some really good Enzo’s coupons in it that I intend to use. They have “kids eat free” nights too. Why not do the Friday art stroll in Kennett, then stop in? Let’s give the place a chance to revive itself, we all want to see Kennett thrive and it needs these little businesses.

Welcome to New Readers

Over the past few weeks, my reader base has grown and I just want to say thanks and welcome. In the coming weeks, I will be looking around for a new host site as well as updating the look and links on this blog. So stay tuned for more great deals, in hopefully a less-rudimentary-looking format.

Also, given that I have lots of new readers, I will try to not speak in coupon lingo and acronyms, and go back to basics and explain things more. Don’t be intimidated–my friends and I are what the media likes to call “super couponers” but that doesn’t mean you have to be. You can still take advantage of lots of great deals. Like this one-how about some Free Lettuce Wraps at PF Changs? And if you’re on facebook, make sure you “like” Famous Dave’s BBQ. The first 100k people who do will get a bogo coupon for dinner. Having lived in KC, MO for a few years, I do miss eating good BBQ. Famous Dave’s is about the best we can get here on the east coast.

See-that was easy. Two good deals and you didn’t have clip anything!

Thanks again for reading and happy couponing!

Ah-not fair! It’s almost swimsuit season!

With swimsuit season here, and me still trying to lose about 20lbs of baby weight (and said baby is 14m old!)….here are *3* freebie deals.

FREE Donut Day at Dunkin Donuts on June 4. Info HERE.

Then, the next day on June 5, I’ll just waddle my butt over to Friendly’s for some free ice cream.

And of course there is still time to get a reservation at Chick Fil A for free spicy chicken sandwich. That promo runs through Saturday, so you could eat a free chicken sandwich and follow it up with either a donut or ice cream, depending on the day.

Why do Donut Day and Ice Cream Day have to be back to back?
