Coupons for Charity-week 3

We’ve raised $17 in two weeks. Not bad! At this rate we could raise almost $500 in a year.

This week’s auction is posted. Only Smartsource this week and I’ve tossed in a free movie pass.

Good luck & happy couponing!

Mayer Johnson-free Boardmaker trial

Pass this along to all your teacher friends, OTs, SLPs and parents of special needs kids. Mayer Johnson is offering a free 30 day trial of Boardmaker. I did it yesterday and spent a bit of time playing around with it–it’s very cool!

The downside is that you also have to download this Print Editor to go with it, if you want to print anything. The print editor is only a 15 day trial, so technically, to me this means the whole thing is on a 15 day trial. There’s really no sense in making a communication board for a child if you can’t print it.

Don’t throw out those coupon inserts!

If you get the Sunday paper, perhaps you’ve already looked at your coupon inserts. You didn’t see anything that interested you, so in the recycle bin they went. Wait! Find a drawer or another spot somewhere, and save them. They are dated on the spine for later reference. While an item may not be appealing to you right now, things look better when they are free. And when you’re getting paid to take them out of the store, you’ll really regret not having that coupon.

And if you want to start doing multiples, consider asking friends, family and neighbors for their inserts. Or libraries, schools, Wawa even will do it, depending on the manager.

last day of a great deal at Genuardi’s

Sorry I didn’t post this earlier. I really don’t even understand how it works, but since I’m going right past the Kennett Genuardi’s today, I’m going to stop in. I’m fairly confident once I see the flyer and the stuff in store, I’ll be able to figure it out.

In any event, there is free cereal and free granola bars to be had. Nature Valley granola bars are my favorite, and I just donated my entire stockpile of them, so I need them.

Some details here about this deal, and she posts other links talking about it, but I really don’t understand the specifics. Nevertheless, worth a look!
