Have a Winning Weekend~weekly giveaway linkup, back to school time! Aug 23

Woohoo, another weekend here we come! I hope that many of you have awesome Back to School giveaways to link up, I know I do! We’ve been very busy this week, doing a new giveaway almost every day.

Check this post often as new giveaways are added all the time. Good luck & let us know if you win.

{Fall Follow Frenzy} Win a pair of tickets for early entry to Best Dressed for Less Consignment sale, ends 9/4

Welcome to Day 4 of our Fall Follow Frenzy. I told you I had a prize for every day…….here’s another.

I love consignment sales and I love consigning my boys’ things. Love love love getting money back for stuff, which takes some of the financial burden from buying new stuff. And when kids are small, they don’t wear things for long. One of my best consignment buys was getting B a bike for his birthday. Only $12 and we just love it!

There’s an awesome consignment sale in south Jersey called Best Dressed for Less. Held the first weekend of October this year. Go through that link and you can get exact hours and location. I anticipate it will take me 45 mins to an hour one, way, but this one is worth the extra effort. Look at how huge it is and their selection. If you like to consign, they have decent payouts too.

Best part…….we are giving away two pairs of tickets to their early entry sale. I love when I get early entry tickets. Mind you, it will still be crowded, but you’re getting first dibs on all the stuff! Then, you can gauge if you want to come back for half-price day which sometimes is worth it too. If you win, you and a friend will get to go on Thursday night and shop till you drop. And I do mean drop. Heather and I did one of these back in the spring and I found so many good things my arms were overloaded.

Here’s our giveaway, I kept it simple. No mandatory entries, and there are options to enter if you’re not on Facebook. Good luck and share with your friends.

{Fall Follow Frenzy} Win a 4-pack of tickets to the Franklin Institute! ends 9/4

Find any Baby Boomer or Gen X’er in the Philadelphia area, and mention the Franklin Institute. What’s the first thing they say?

I remember going through the giant hear!

Yes, most likely, that’s what you say. It’s been there since 1954 and it’s still there today. Except it has many cooler things now too….like a space exhibit and the Dead Sea Scrolls. I just love science and can’t wait until my kids are old enough to enjoy the Franklin Institute.

Tickets are in the $12-$17 range, not including add-ons like Imax. And we’re giving away a 4-pack valued at over $65! You have five easy, peasy ways to enter…and there is an entry method if you’re not on Facebook or Twitter. Good luck, have fun, and all entries are verified prior to prize being awarded.

{Fall Follow Frenzy} Snyder’s Back to School Crunch Time Gift Pack Giveaway, ends Sept 4

Yesterday I posted that I had enough fun prizes to do a giveaway each day this week……so welcome to the Fall Follow Frenzy! Going to start a giveaway every day until I run out of prizes! Welcome to day 3, and the prizes are some Snyder’s Back to School Crunch Time Gift Packs.  We received ours last week and it’s a huge box of great stuff–a mix of pretzels, snack packs of pretzels, Lance crackers, the gluten free items and more. We’re using them for the pool, camp, and the beach, hopefully we’ll have some left for back to school time.

As a self-professed supercouponer, I am not brand loyal to too many grocery items. But honestly, Snyder’s has always been one brand that I am loyal too. For several reasons–one is that hands down they have the best pretzels, and the second reason is that they are a local Pennsylvania company and you all know I love to support local businesses. For decades (makes me feel old to say that) I have just loved their big thick, beer pretzels. Did you know that those pretzels are not available everywhere? Well, they’re not! When we lived in Kansas City, we had to get them shipped. Since pretzels are a Pennsylvania thing, other areas of the country don’t enjoy them as much. They are missing out! For over 20 years, I have only purchased Snyder’s pretzels as our household pretzel…and that’s no lie. Oh, and have you ever eaten the jalapeno bits? Love those too. And the southern BBQ ones. And I love when their Grande nacho chips go on sale plus those $1 coupons, AND….look at those chips…there are only 2 or 3 ingredients listed on the bag! That is so unusual these days, but that’s what I love about Snyder’s, their wholesome stuff without all those preservatives.

Now Snyder’s and Lance (same company) offer so many more items, as compared to when I first fell in love with those big sourdough pretzels. There is a line of gluten free items, whole grain items and 100-calorie snack packs to keep you on track if you are counting points. And if you want to be the mom that everyone thinks is just so clever…check out these ideas from their website.

LOTS of entry options below, take advantage of all of them. Good Luck!

*Please note–lately in my giveaways, I’ve had a rash of fraudulent entries that did not verify when it came time to claim prizes. Please be honest, and don’t enter if you don’t want to do the entries. All entries that cannot be verified will be deleted.
