Here you go, another beautiful weekly edition of Best of Beauty Tuesday. Every Tuesday, I round up the best sales, deals and coupons that I can find for makeup and cosmetics and share them with you.

For starters–here are some repeats from last week which are still good today.

I did a roundup of some sales and coupons and deal stacking you can do at Ulta. Their ad runs from February 3-16 so there is plenty of time to snag a good deal there!

QVC.com I am just loving the QVC clearance section lately. Click that link to get to QVC, then click—clearance—then when that page loads, you’ll see “beauty” at the top of the list. Click that. They have Philosophy, Smashbox, Bare Minerals….all the hottest brands at more than 50% off!

My other pick for clearance deals would be Avon. I am seeing so many useful and cute things for under $1! Shampoos, body lotions, hand creams, nail polish….great stuff, go check it out.

CVS has two hot deals this week too! I’m excited about them and hopefully I can get in there to get them. The first is spend $30 on L’oreal items and get $10 back in ECBs, and get $10 back from a mail in rebate! Plus, you can use coupons on the items too.

Garnier is offering a similar deal, but it’s spend $30, get $10 back in ECBs, no rebate. But, I really like the cleanser with that scrubby thing on it and the oil free moisturizer with sunscreen. Look for coupons below.

At CVS there’s another ECB offer to get $5 when you spend $20 on Burt’s Bees and there was a good $1.50 coupon out recently, hopefully you still have it. This is why you have to grab the printables when you see them, never know when a good deal is going to pop up.

Ulta matchups + coupon stacking, ad for Feb 3-16

Ulta has just been having some great deals and coupons lately! What I really like about this ad, is not only the great deals and coupon stacking, but that the ad is for 2 weeks! Sometimes a week just isn’t enough time for me to get there. This ad is for February 3 to 16, and, Ulta will let you stack sales, store coupons and manufacturers’ coupons, all on the same item. I go there often (Concord Pike) and have never had any problems with any coupons–they always scan right through and never question them. I love them for that!

First, for this time period they have a $3.50 off $10 coupon on the front cover of the ad. It is also on their website (or will be on 2/3). Mine came in the mail but it should be in the Sunday paper too. Now let’s get to the sales and deal stacking.

Clinique freebie–I got this freebie a week or so ago, and I’m trying to use it twice daily as directed to see if it makes a difference. First, you have to find a coupon, I found mine in People magazine. It was a coupon to take in to any Clinique counter and get a free vial of Repairwear Laser Focus serum. So I did. Then, she explained to me that I’m to use it twice daily for two weeks, then I bring it back and they will refill it for free. This stuff is pretty expensive, and I am starting to worry about wrinkles, so I’m going to give it a try. You also can go in to your Clinique counter and ask for it without a coupon/card.

Ulta-print the 20% your ENTIRE PURCHASE coupon and take to store, or shop online. Remember, Ulta also takes manufacturers’ coupons which you can use with the 20% off coupon. They also are clearancing out old nail polish colors, and some OPI is as low as $0.99!

Walgreens Beauty Shop – Has both Cover Girl and Revlon at buy one, get one at 50% off. Coupons were in paper for both on Sunday, which you can use with the sale.

CVS-has Extra Bucks offers on most of the Olay items, and coupons were in this past Sunday’s papers. They also are offering $7 ECB back when you spend at least $10 on Physicians Formula, most items there are around $12. $5 for one of their things is a great deal, imo. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the eyeliner pen that looks like a magic marker or felt tip pen.
