In today’s paper, the Ulta ad has a “20% off your entire purchase” coupon. Exp 9/1/12. Woo hoo! They usually let you use this with mfr coupons AND their sales. However, I do not know if the 20% will come off before or after the coupons. You can also print the Ulta coupon here.
