I’m on my way out for a girls’ night out, but later tonight or in the morning, I’ll preview at least the supermarket ads. At first glance, I see some good stuff at Acme and Superfresh. Nothing that’s manic and going to drive us into a frenzy, but good deals. Go to your Genuardi’s and get those booklets!
Clearance at CVS-go check yours!
The Longwood CVS has lots of cosmetics on clearance for 75% off, including Revlon and Almay. Use the recent $1 and $2 Revlon coupons, lots of very cheap stuff! And the coupons have my favorite word……”ANY” Revlon face product!
Christmas was up to 90% off, I got a great stocking for $0.50.
Go, check your CVS before it’s all gone!
updates on deal counts-CVS/Rite Aid, coupon booklet-Genuardi’s
The Rite Aid limit on the free toilet paper/tissues is three.
The Pepsi deal at CVS is limit three, combined from last week and this week. If you did two last week, I would only do one this week and you will probably see “Offer Limit Reached” on your receipt. But if you only did one last week, you should be able to do two more this week. Didn’t do any last week? Try at your own risk. Do it twice if you want, and see what your receipt says after that.
There is a coupon booklet available at Safeway chain stores (Genuardi’s) that have good Pepsi coupons in them to go with the deal. I have not been to the Kennett Square store to see if they have them.
Walmart-I triple dog dare you!
Earlier today, I blogged about some coupons & sales at DG and included a link to a $5 off $25 coupon. Well, it’s not on Walmart’s coupon policy, but other bloggers have noted that in some areas, they will accept competitors’ coupons. So technically, they should accept the $5 off $25 this Saturday. If I was going to Walmart anyway, I’d take the coupon and try. Can’t hurt, right? But I wouldn’t bank on saving the $5 either, as I have read on multiple boards that Walmart cashiers are not honoring this policy. Check your local Walmart ad.
