Do you and your family get the flu shot each year? We do! And I’ve found that it’s easier, and often cheaper, to just go buy it someplace for my hubby and me. It saves us the hassle of having to make a doctor appointment, waiting in the waiting room, paying a copay and so on. I haven’t found too many offers at the big retailers. Or any, actually. Your best bet is to look at the website of your local hospital or county health department. Those seem to be the facilities most likely to offer them for free or low cost. If you are a veteran, on Medicare or Medicaid, use WIC or EBT or anything similar to those services, contact your case manager or the website to see if they have recommendations.

Rite Aid-get a $100 coupon book when you get a flu shot.

Philadelphia Health Dept-offering free flu shot clinics throughout the season, throughout the city.
If you are a veteran or use your local VA for medical care, they are offering clinics throughout the season, see your specific location for details.
Check your employer’s HR page on your website. Many employers offer them at low cost.
Kroger-offering flu shots for $25 if your location has a pharmacy.
Meijer-also offering for $25 if your location has a pharmacy.
