Warm some milk, adding 2 teaspoons of sugar per cup.
Pour the mixture into mugs, stir 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into each, then top with a dollop of whipped cream.
Float a candy corn nose and chocolate chips for the smile and the eyes. Serve the drinks immediately.

Of course like most recipes, I've modified this. I do make regular hot cocoa and then just create the white snowman top with whipped cream. Or, sometimes I make white hot cocoa, but that mix is harder to find in stores.
This one is sweet and good, and overall a good recipe for little ones who will enjoy the snowmen but you don't want them having chocolate or they are allergic to chocolate.
